As you can see I am posting some ideas of mines, I hope you guys support them and decide to use them.
Gambling System: You guys already saw what I posted IG (In-game) so you guys should know what this do. In case you do not know what it does then I will explain it once more, the Gambling System is a system where you roll the dice for Yen this system will be giving you more yen but, you have to choose a number and if that number luckily comes out the dice then you won the gamble after you win the gamble the player you challenged can not attack you for your mom for a minute.
Full-Bring: You guys must have seen this form of power before in the anime or in the manga of Bleach. Full-Bring will be a human race with the full-brings of "Ginjo,Ichigo,Tsukishima,Jackie,Riruka,Yukio,Moe,and Chad" I will explain what these full bringers powers do.
Kugo Ginjo: This substitute shinigami has the power to steal other peoples bankai or for example powers. This character sword is a big sword that is made from a necklace that is a cross, when this character steals the power he is able to pass it to other people. But, on retribution the player with this full bring can only pass it to 1 person (max).
Kurosaki Ichigo: This other substitute shinigami has the Combat Pass this combat pass is a substitute shinigami emblem that is carried around so shinigami may understand that the person with this combat pass is a shinigami. This combat pass has a reiatsu stirred inside it and when it's released it make a shuriken-look of a pole. On retribution this pole shuriken looking full bring will give reiatsu a boost from 0 to 25% when it's unleashed.
Shukuro Tsukishima: This abnormal human has the ability with his bookmark to go through somebodies past and change there fate. On retribution this full bring will be able to go through NPCs pass and change there fate, once the NPCs fate is changed they'll start attacking you.
Tristan Jackie: This human has the full bring of ordinary looking boots but, what do those boots do ? Get dirty! This character abilty enables her to put strength in her boots and make a big boom! On retribution this will be a strength based full bring and take some good chunks of stamina.
For now these are my suggestions, I will complete the Full Bring suggestion later.

Events:
Invasion Event
In this event you have to survive in a small map while some strong hollows and menos grandes comes to rape you.
Hell Tower Event:
All players get summoned in a 5 floors tower, they have 30 minutes to dominate the tower killing all the npc enemies in the 5 floores, including some arrancars npcs and shinigamis using bankais.
--- Another suggestion: Remove weather LOL

Just an idea and a thought for/about party system. if the party system simply divides the exp up between party members then its good for tanking but that's it, because the exp/min would be the same with everyone grinding unless someone is faster then they are getting less exp than going solo. The party systems i think work best are the ones with a bonus to the exp given as well as some customization. The idea i had was to have the exp be set between killer and non-killer with a party bonus to base exp. An example of this would be with a mob that normally gives 100 exp. Person A kills the mob. Person A gets 80 exp, Person B, Person C, and Person D all get 40 exp. That's a total of +20% exp between killer and non-killer, all members of the party other than the person who kills the mob are included in non-killer and given the same exp so that the exp gained doesn't diminish quickly. The formula for the exp differs depending on the # of people, see chart at end. Although this is just my opinion on what parties should be used for and the best way to execute that.
# of people ---> % k / %nk ---> total/100 2 people ----> 80% / 40% ----> 120/100 3 people ----> 80% / 35% ----> 150/100 4 people ----> 75% / 35% ----> 180/100 5 people ----> 75% / 30% ----> 195/100 6 people ----> 75% / 25% ----> 200/100
